"Reading gives us someplace to go when we have to stay where we are."
-Mason Cooley-
Welcome to Kipapa's School Library page!  We would like to offer you support during these unprecedented times. Although school libraries have been closed, we have numerous resources that are available to support your child's reading at home. Books can provide a welcoming escape!
Check out our frequently updated page of free ebooks below or any of the fun reading activities.
Also, have your child log in their reading minutes using one of the following two options: (See attachments below)
1. School Closure Reading Log (Paper version - Click and print):
2. Online Reading Tracker program:  #808 Reads - Kipapa Elementary
a. Sign in using 10 digit Student ID number and 6 digit birthdate (MM/DD/YY) Ex. 02/04/06
b. Open the pdf file below for the Student Quick Start Guide and/or instructions to download the Beanstack App
Finally, Pizza Hut has been sponsoring the annual Book It! program and has a variety of at-home resources. Check out the link to find out more:
And although we are staying at home during this time of uncertainty, remember ...  "Reading can take you places you have never been before." (-Dr. Seuss-). Stay safe and healthy!
