Track

The purpose of our team is not only to promote fitness and cardiovascular development, but also stress the 6 Pillars of Character, team involvement, self- esteem and enjoyment of physical activity.  We will be practicing every Tuesday and Friday in the library after school 2:30 - 3:15 p.m and Monday and Thursday during first recess.  Your child’s effort will culminate in a Track Invitational Meet that will be held at Mililani High School.

 

In order to stay on the Track Team, your child will need to comply with the following:

  • All school and homework needs to be completed in a timely manner.  Education is still our number one priority.  If your child wants to continue in sports at the middle and high school level, he/she must maintain a 2.0 grade point average.
  • There can be no discipline referrals to the office.  We will look at this on a case by case basis.
  • Attend all practices. If at any time your child is not able to attend practice, he/she must notify a member of the coaching staff.
